The Application Process

When applying for this position, you might be wondering what the application process might look like? We’ve got you covered and this is what you can expect:

  1. If you’re interested in applying then send over your CV through our website here. If you want to add in a cover letter to let us get to know you better then feel free but it’s definitely not required.
  2. A phone call with our recruiter is the next step. This is to get a gauge of your salary expectations and is an opportunity for you to ask any questions that you might have.
  3. Next up is an hour-or-so long interview with some of our Software Engineers, and is a chance for you to get to know us better, and vice-versa. We’ll go through your experience and take you through some of the problems you will face as part of the team
  4. At this stage, depending on your success, we will either provide you with individual feedback from your application process or offer you an interview with our Head of Engineering and CTO.
  5. Again, depending on the success of your application, we will either offer individual feedback or provide you with an offer of employment.

Wondering if we do any tech tests? Although we don’t rule them out (we may want to give you a better idea of the work you’d be responsible for, and see how you’d work within the team dynamic) we’d much rather get to know you and chat about your technical skills - this feels a lot more natural.
